We hope you love your new piece/s, however if you need to return any unworn item(s) our returns policy is outlined as follows: Return policy: Merchandise must be UNWORN with ALL original tags within 10 days Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Under no circumstances will we accept items without their tags. Footwear must be returned with all original packaging including undamaged boxes. We will under no circumstances accept returns without boxes or with scratched/dirty soles. Therefore it is desirable to try the shoes on carpet or clean surfaces. When returning goods please identify on the packaging that it is a ‘RETURN’. Please Note: If a refund is given this excludes any shipping and handling costs. Please return the invoice as proof of purchase with this form to receive a credit or refund.
